Report of Morning Assembly of Austerity House(27.01.2020)                                                                                                 'Bharat Kal Aaj Aur Kal'

Austerity House presented their morning assembly on November 27th, 2020 on the theme 'Bharat Kal Aaj Aur Kal' in the main courtyard.

As we all know India is one of the most popular countries in the world. India's development and growth has been one of the most significant accomplishments in recent times.

The assembly began with the morning  prayer. It included beautiful dance performance depicting the progress our nation has done over the years, a melodious song, progressing India act showing the growth stories like Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, E-learning, Chandrayan 2 and Mobile Phones, followed by an advertisement act showing difference of time back then and now, how people used to find happiness in small little things earlier and now how time has flown by and has changed drastically. All the performances were enjoyed by the students and it touched their heart.

At the end, it was concluded by the words of our honourable Principal Ma'am Ms. Punam Gupta Ma'am and the Primary Wing Coordinator  Ms. Ritu Ma'am.

"Peace is the most powerful weapon of mankind. It takes more courage to take a blow than to give one." ~ Mahatma Gandhi.

Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated in MAPS to mark 150 birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. Prosperity House students conducted a special assembly. The assembly was embarked upon by two anchors Anshika Sharma and Unnati who beautifully reflected on Gandhi Ji his unforgettable contributions and struggle for the freedom of India. Further  school choir recited a song which infused a feeling of positivity and inspired the listeners to lay foundation of positive change, serve self and humanity at large, uphold the values of unity, brotherhood, harmony, tolerance ....  students of classes  VI and VIII performed a fascinating dance on peace and swacchta, it was followed by a rally , students  addressed to uphold the values of Gandhi Ji and highlighted the need to make country clean and green for the sustenance of all .

The programme concluded by the homage paid to Gandhi Ji by all the teachers and students of the school.

Theme- Greatness of a culture can be found in its festivals

The students of Equality house presented their assembly on the theme- " The greatness of a culture can be found in its festivals". The students started with introduction of the theme by sharing some important points about the different festivals celebrated in our country. Poem recitation group then presented a poem about the rich culture and heritage of our country. They used actions and voice modulation for a better impact. The next group presented a culture walk where 5 festivals and their importance was shared through dance, music and narration. Students shared the reasons of celebrating these festivals and their relationship with the culture and practices followed by the people of our country. A speech was also shared where the students talked about regional, religious and national festivals. The students of class 1 and 2 presented a dance performance celebrating the diversity of our culture and people. The assembly was concluded by the house master who shared some points about the importance of culture and festivals and invited the students to share what they had learnt from the assembly.

House Activity 26-Aug-2019 for class 3-5

CBSE Expression series on Mahatma Gandhi was conducted for all students wherein the students participated individually. The students had to either paint or write a paragraph using the phrase "In my dream last night, Mahatma Gandhi told me about… "or "For me, Mahatma Gandhi is…".The students participated enthusiastically and opted to paint or write as per their interest. The students showed their creativity skills through the activity and many came up with very unique and interesting results. Sharing the work made by students in the class made the activity more exciting for students as they were happy to showcase their work in front of everyone and also look at what their friends had created.

PROSPERITY HOUSE ASSEMBLY 6-SEP-2019

PROSPERITY HOUSE got the golden opportunity to present their house assembly on September 6, 2019 on the theme "EVERY CLOUD HAS A SILVER LINING".

 The meaning of the theme is that you should never feel hopeless because difficult times always lead to better days. Difficult times are like dark clouds that pass overhead and block the sun.

The assembly started with the morning prayer.Later on, few of the students of Prosperity House presented the news, thought and Hindi tithi.

A beautiful skit was also presented wherein students marked the difference between the "GOOD EFFORTS DONE BY THEM IF THEY STUDY AND THE ENEMIES OF STUDIES."Our tiny tots of class 1 and 2 also came out as some famous personalities who are well known by everyone and presented a wonderful dance.At the end, House Master interacted with the audience to check their level of understanding and to guide them that they should never loose hope and remain optimistic in their life.

The assembly was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone present and they went back to their classes with the beautiful learning of the day.
